The Montmartre Museum–a must-see for art lovers–is housed within the oldest building in Montmartre, the Bel Air House, where artists like Auguste Renoir, Suzanne Valadon and Émile Bernard lived and worked.

Here, exhibit rooms showcase the French Can-can and the first cabaret, Le Chat Noir, as well as original, signed works by Valadon, Utrillo, and others.

Outside, three gardens named after the great Auguste Renoir provide a place to contemplate and take in views of the Clos Vineyard and Paris’s cityscape.
